A project team is sent to site, to work with yourself and your managers to establish the needs of each department – such areas include personality profiling, work based assessments and completion of job / person specifications.

From there the project team source candidates from their own resources or from paid advertisements in regional and national press. Lines are typically open from 8am to 8pm. Telephone screening of all applicants is completed by our trained and experienced recruitment team. From their successful applicants are invited to site, for a competency based interview, testing, tour of site/s and a general meet and great with the team.

On successfully passing this stage, candidates are asked to a tend a formal meeting with you, with a view to a role being offered.

By working onsite and closely with your team we believe our success rate of finding the right person not only increases but also decreases the costs involved in recruitment staff.
