Due to ever changing market conditions, Orchard Oak Recruitment is always seeking new ways to assist clients in order to offer a cost effective service, whilst saving money and time.

You may have sourced your own applicant for a position, but want to offer a weekly, fortnightly or monthly payroll on a short term basis, without the hassle, set up costs and time of establishing contracts, processing paperwork and calculating; holiday pay, National insurance and tax. It is here were Orchard Oak Recruitment could work with you to payroll this person and indeed your other employees.

For a small admin charge of £1.50+ VAT per hour, per person, Orchard Oak Recruitment will take over the hassle of paying your colleagues. All you do is send us an email confirming the hours works and we will do the rest. It really is that simple.
