Working within a team you will be charged with the HR functions for the head office of this multi disciplined property/ investment property business based in the City of London.
Working alongside two HR managers and a HR administrator you will support the needs of the three group companies. This will include recruitment / selection, policies /procedures, performance management , disciplinary / grievance, compensation / benefits and all areas of HR administration and guidance to the Senior Management team.
Working from prestigious offices you will be a strong team player, who is confident, approachable and able to balance the needs of a busy, dynamic forward thinking company.
In return this role benefits from a basic salary of £34,000 – £38,000, 23 days annual leave rising to 25 after two years service, PMI, stakeholder pension and a performance related bonus.
